This update has been emailed to all Contingent members through the Jamboree registration system.

At the time this email was sent there are only about 235 days left until AJ2025 kicks off! The excitement is building as we have reached the milestone mark where applications have closed, and the SA Contingent is moving ahead with our planning.
A few key updates for everyone to be aware of are outlined below.
Applications
There are still a few initial applications in the system. These need to be converted to submitted ASAP. If you are one of these, time is running out!
Payments
By now all participants should have made your first payment.
The second payment is due on 31 July and the final payment on 30 September.
You can make additional smaller payments if preferred.

We are still awaiting the finalisation of the online credit card gateway and will communicate this to everyone when available. For now, for those wishing to pay via Credit card we can offer credit card payments over the phone.
To utilise this option please email us at jamboree@sa.scouts.com.au with a phone number and contact name as well as the best time of day to contact you. One of our team will then make contact to take your payment over the phone.
Please note Scouts SA Head Office is unable to take payments for Jamboree, payments can only be done through the SA Contingent.
SA Contingent Hoodie orders
Have you seen our Jamboree hoodies available for sale? Now available as a zip up or non zip option. These aren’t part of the fee but are an additional item you can purchase to get you through these winter months!

Design our contingent shirt
We have a contingent badge – now we need to design the Contingent polo shirt that all participants will receive.
We have a short time frame (entries need to close midnight this Friday 17th May) so get designing!

The next major communication you will see is when we finalise the Units that will be attending AJ2025 – that work is currently underway crunching the numbers, working out the Leaders attending and putting together Units that will provide the base for a positive Jamboree experience.
